It takes work.
And there are exercises.
Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly things that can be done to improve and maintain psychological strength.
And you can break it all down and kanban that shit.
No, I don’t have the specifics worked out yet.
One of the things the form asks is how will you measure progress?
I have NO IDEA.
But I’m going to start figuring that shit out RIGHT NOW cause these past two days have been MISERABLE and I’m sick and tired of being SICK AND TIRED.
