Streaming media is multimedia that is constantly received by and presented to an end-user while being delivered by a provider. The verb to stream refers to the process of delivering or obtaining media in this manner. Streaming refers to the delivery method of the medium, rather than the medium itself.
On Saturday night I’ll do a stream where I’ll do an escape room – edited, LIVE, and I guarantee I’ll mess up. Start over. Fix things on air.
And be VERY human.
A video blog or video log, sometimes shortened to vlog, is a form of blog for which the medium is video, and is a form of web television. Vlog entries often combine embedded video with supporting text, images, and other metadata. Entries can be recorded in one take or cut into multiple parts.
On SUNDAY I’ll edit that the stream from Saturday night to do a highlight reel. It’ll go from a little over an hour to a minute or two in length. There will be no bloopers unless I purposefully leave them there.
